Breakfast: The End of an Era

Well, I fought the good fight.  A couple of weeks of breakfast and I’m giving up.  In the words of Darrell Sheets from Storage Wars, breakfast and I, “we are kapoop….er….kaput.”  The good news is that I have the blessing of my primary care doctor, The BFG.  That’s good enough for me! Breakfast — Day Four #fail

Breakfast–Day Three

Still at it! One piece of toast with a smoothie, made with coconut milk, ice, a dash of sugar, a dash of vanilla non-dairy creamer, a splash of lemonade, some strawberries and some blackberries.  Pretty good.  I think it might be easier for me to drink breakfast than eat it…
